  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • the organisation of the programme has varied considerably from module to module. whilst on paper it should have been well organised there were quite a few problems from the university in the 2nd year causing big set backs and then a huge work load within a small time frame. however overall it has been good.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • this is an emotive question as I have found that everyoe within my cohort has had very different experiences with this, it ultimatly has come down to your direct line manager, personally \i have been prepared to fight for my rights and time so have ultimatly been well supported, however \i have at times felt that it shouldnt have been such a fight.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I feel we have received minimal support from the training provider, there has not been much consideration into the individual learning styles of the delegates and there has been very little interaction. most of the learning has been self learning online with very limited lectures from the university itself. knowing other people that are doing similar courses they have far more lectures and support
