Assisting the sales team with their pipelines whether that is managing a case for them or collating sales data to present in team meetings to show fundings and conversions.

Communication, knowledge of he property market and overall confidence in myself.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I love my programme, I get to study for a degree without debt and earn invaluable experience learning skills in a career that i am passionate about.

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well organised. All parties that are involved in my programme know exactly what I/they need to do and how it needs to be done.

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

Endless amounts of support whilst also being allowed to focus on my job. We are given the support if we want it through resources, team meetings and sessions to educate myself on other areas of the business.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Lots of support - Resources are put on a portal for us to access when we need them and the staff are always on hand to help.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

As my course is tailored towards a management role more than a broker or sales persons role it doesn't fit entirely with my day to day but is still very relevant to the area I work in and my overall role.
