  • I am more aware of knowledge around leadership. Initially it was stressful and the way the program was led was not user friendly.

  • Now it is much better but overall based on initial 9 months of programme it could have set out better with clearer objectives and an example of what the programme entails.

  • Tutor currently is supportive.
