  • Yes I enjoyed the program and felt I learnt alot from it.

  • Very well organised and good structure/ support in place throughout.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Employement support was good and time given to complete work during office hours was very helpful. Although I found myself doing more in my own time but through choice.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The support from the training provider was excellent and my assessor Tanya Parkhouse was amazing throughout. She went above an beyong to help me and was a massive part in my learning journey.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I feel the qualification gave me a wider understanding of my role and the challenges I face. It made me understand processes in more depth and helps when dealing with certain situations in my role.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Work have a lot of activies that you can take part in but due to covid alot of this was not possible.

  • Great company to work for , huge support, lots of great benefits and very keen on progression.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Lloyds Banking Group?
  • Be open minded and prepared to stretch. They will support you to achieve more as long as you want to. Be hungry for the future and you will go far.
