    • Yes, have learning finance skills and knowledge and setting budgets as well as project management techniques

    • Was a lot of work and in a demanding job was hard to keep on top of it but did enjoy the content and felt it complimented my day to day well nicely which made it easier

    • Online sessions were well structured, the self learning could be more organised to help you plan your time rather than rushing to meet deadlines when they all came at once

    • Had time to attend the sessions, was difficult to fit in the self learning around my day to day role so had to complete majority in own time but they gave lots of help and advice if needed

    • Was available via email if needed but would have been good to have a few more 1-1 sessions to help me when completed the working

    • Has increased my knowledge in management and leadership and I’ve been able to put these skills into practice
