    • Yes, have improved my reflection and evidence collection skills

    • The programme has been great however there is duplication with the MBA and this could be more streamlined.

    • Very structured however could been organised so it aligns better with the MBA and prevents duplication.

    • I've been given study leave for it.

    • My apprentice coach ([This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions]) has been fantastic! She is knowledgeable, helpful and motivates you.

    • I have been promoted during the course and believe part of this down to my improved knowledge and skills.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to HCA Healthcare?

    • Highly recommend it but ensure you aware of the commitments required. You will also need to be motivated to stay on track and complete it.
