  • 9a. Would you recommend HCA Healthcare to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • I have the support I need to learn and complete my tasks.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to HCA Healthcare?
  • Ensure you have the full support of your manager before applying for the apprenticeship, as it will make a big difference. My previous manager would not agree to 20% OTJ but my current one has and this has not negatively impacted the team in any way.
