  • This experience is going as I hoped overall and I am gaining more experience as a programmer. This is all thanks to my team, which is always willing to support me along challenges.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • On my side, I wasn't impressed by the apprenticeship provider organisation as it started with the program to late in comparison to when we started to work and just provided us with basic programming languages workshops. However, to be effective, the program, should have matched our employment starting time and guide us from basic knowledges to advance, which it wasn't the case.

  • They are very supporting on request

  • I get good support from my monthly review meetings, which are useful to understand what is needs to be done to be successful.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Yes there are many activities, but as remote job of course is up to you to participate
