  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoyed the learning aspect of the programme as it gave me a deeper understanding of the industry and site I work at

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Each month we were given small chunks of learning to do that we then reviewed in a meeting with our coaches to ensure we had a good understanding of the content covered which I think worked well as if there was something you didn’t understand the coach was there to help

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Support was there when needed for example some of the activities included things at work or using some of my team members opinions who were always willing to help. My employer let me know they were there if I needed help but unless I asked for help I was left to my own devices which I liked as it let me work on my own and develop my own understanding of the work I was doing

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • We would have monthly meetings where we would discuss the work done, do extra work and do mock exams to prepare us for when we would reach end point assessment and be completing the exams. This helped me feel confident and ready to complete end point assessment as I felt I knew what was coming and knew what to expect

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I now have a deeper understanding of the company and industry I work in which I think affects the decisions I make when at work. I also think the apprenticeship has helped with my confidence and leadership skills which I am hoping to improve on by completing the level 3 leadership apprenticeship

    10/10

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • I don’t think our company has any kind of extra curricular activities for staff to get involved in although we do have a Facebook group where we can what other sites within the company are doing and some competitions are run on there. We can also interact with other staff through our interactive training where w can battle other players
