  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I normally train new beginners and get them started or recently I’ve been helping my manager with running their shift helping them with sending people on their break or helping get orders out so we don’t have a lot of people in the store, I would help my staff get their orders ready to hand out.

  • I have gained confidence in who I am and love meeting new regulars. I have recently learned how to be a manager and how to treat my staff or cashing up the till. I have learnt how to take the temperature of food and how to take the temperatures of the chiller and freezer.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I still struggle with but I’m trying.
