  • I have been on rotations around the business, shadowing and learning about the different departments in Computacenter and how they relate to a role in Sales as an Account Manager.

  • I am continuously developing my presentation skills through numerous presentations and pitches we deliver. I have also found myself developing my general one to one conversation skills, as well as my ability to apply new information to real world situations.

  • I am thoroughly enjoying my programme; the support we get in developing as individuals is second to none.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Well organised programme, with flexibility and variety in the activities we partake in and the knowledge we gain. Good exposure to a wide range of people from the business.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Huge amount of support from the programme lead as well as people dedicated to my progress from within and outside of my aligned sector, with different levels of experiences and knowledge to give me differing perspectives.

  • Lots of support from my training provider, with an aligned learning mentor always on hand to give us guidance and answer all of our questions.

  • My qualification allows me to gain knowledge and skills I do not necessarily possess that enable me to get closer to being ready.

  • There are many extra curricular activities, to get involved in; many opportunities for networking, and I am currently partaking in a Get Active challenge with my team.

  • Yes

  • The culture around Computacenter is extremely friendly and supportive to young people, and it allows an individual to aspire to be the best version of themselves they can be.
