  • I have learnt lots of new skills and also improved on some other skills such as communication and collaboration.

  • I have enjoyed my programme as the work has been interesting and helped me improve.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme is very well organised with meetings every 6 weeks and set deadlines for tasks. It was clear from the start how I would be assessed.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I often receive support from my manager with things such as building my portfolio or help with any assignments I need.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The support from my training provider has been excellent. My tutor is always available via email or on a Teams call if needed. I get good feedback in regular review meetings too.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I have learned a lot of valuable skills and theory that I can apply to my role while working on my qualification. Being given the opportunity to apply these skills in my role has helped me develop.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There are often social events within my team and with other teams. There is also a Sports + Social Teams Channel that offers lots of different things to get involved in such as 5-a-side football which I have frequently attended.

  • Yes

  • Very good place to work, with lots of very nice and helpful people.

  • It is a great place to work and working here will help you to develop further and meet lots of great new people.
