So my role is meant to be a combination of Development and Operations where I work within a development environment and adapt an agile way of working. However within my current team, I do not get the exposure I need or am looking for.

Being at RWE has helped me understand lots of different methods of working and has allowed me to develop some skills.

At times, there can be very poor communication between me and my manager and even my training provider.

It can vary to what colleagues I am working with. Some colleagues can be very supportive whereas others can be very hands off and want nothing to do with you.

My training provider has been quite good at delivering informational classes and offering support where needed.

Yes, there is definitely a variety of social activities that I can get involved in and lots of networking events that I can attend.
