  • Supporting our operations teams to deliver the Marstons Inns strategy, working with external suppliers for goods and services aligned to our strategy and leading a revenue management team to ensure YOY growth of our hotels business.

  • Always learning but this programme has really helped me with building my relationships with external stakeholders, and put structure to projects we are working on to ensure a successful delivery.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • It has been great so far. The online lessons are well structured and the online learning really compliments this. My coach is really supportive and aware of the challenges trying to study, work and manage family life! I like that the assignments have involved an element of group work which has helped to get to know some of the other students, share experiences and create support networks

  • Very well organised and structured. The learning platforms are easy to uses and self explanatory.

  • Full support my coach has been very supportive and helped to guide me and keep me on track. Always responsive when I have a query.

  • It has given me some wider knowledge that has helped to influence key strategic decision making in my own role and as I continue to learn I am utilising this knowledge with projects im working on.

  • Yes, both professional networking events and social activities both at head office and outside of work.
