  • Business Support Manager responsible for onboarding and offboarding for a division of colleagues. Manage stakeholders across the organisation at junior to exec levels. Manage property for the division as well as multiple people focussed organisational design projects.

  • Developed my ability and confidence in delegation, trusting others and delivering through others in order to develop a brilliant team and build upon my experience as a manager.

  • I've really enjoyed the programme, being able to put what we learn into practice has really helped as well.

  • Very well - we always have contact with our tutors and i feel we are well supported to achieve what is needed.

  • Lots, i am given the time i need to study each week and i feel really fortunate that i get this time to study and develop in my own time.

  • Lots of support from tutors and resources available, especially with tricky assignments.

  • Has given me a great understanding of management and how better to deliver operational change at a scaled level.
