    • Deputy hotel manager so I have to make sure all the duties are done from morning to nights. Dealing with any complaints. Always dealing guest and team. Making rotas, doing staff payroll and other responsibilities.

    • Learning a-lot from this program regarding how to manage people and how to deal with difficult situations.

    • It is very enjoyable because you get to concentrate to other stuff just other then work and the coach is really helpful to get through it.

    • It is very organized because my coach is always there to help and always explains as tasks comes along and having regular reviews which helps alot.

    • I always get support when needed from my employer.

    • My training coach is always there to help and always making sure i understand every part of it and makes it easy to understand and always keeping up to date.

    • It gives the more details about how to do my job better and how i can improve for future as i carry on.

    • They are meetings which happens which is kind of networking which helps alot to know new people that work in our area.

    • Make sure you apply any position because you could learn anything and everything as time comes along so dont be afaird and join.
