  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • Graduate Scheme included 3 rotations which were each 8 months long - the roles were dependent on the skills you want to develop such as leadership, team management or project management. Alongside this I completed my level 7 qualification which meant I had 20% of my work time to complete apprenticeship studies such as revision or completing assignments.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Yes - Through both my role and my level 7 qualification I have been able to learn both the theories around business management and leadership and then apply them within the workplace. The main skills that I have developed include leadership, team management, financial accounting, project management, and ethics. As the assignments within my qualification were often specific to my organisation it helped me to learn more about the workplace.
