  • Our role is housekeeping we have to have a great eye for detail and meeting the customers expectations but delivering a clean an comfy room and hotel experience fro. When they walk in to leaving after there stay would like to remain professional an make sure our standard is at the top.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Yes I have learnt how to do mouldexing an a number of different checks and also getin back the knowledge of Nathan an English so I can be more incident in my job role aslo to adapt my skill going further as its something I'm working on doing for myself.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I am really enjoying the programme as once I have completed my level 2 we have option to do different levels an process higher an further along the chain within the industry an can also move an achieve in different hotels or areas we would like to proceed with this.

  • I feel it is very well organised an structured in a great manner were we can learn at our own pace but if we r falling behind it's always offering help if needed or support so I think it's very well done and organised from a learner point

  • Again my experience with my course has been very much supported by my coach an employers even the one how is not on an appership ate helping g us achive all our goals but the support from them they always ask how to help or how it's going x

  • The training provider are again a massive help with me during from when I started to now the support has been amazing an my couch has been a massive part of that an my progression so far I think they go above an beyond to help people on apprenterships an other programs.

  • I feeling that once I have the qualifications it will help me active in performing better in my role as it make you feel alot more aware an have a eye for detail that we probably would look out for before an the more information and protocol with the business's

  • I'm nit aware of them but I do know if we had them alot of people would be interested we would have a few witch are not interested but that's part of business but I thing It's a great team building thing to do so will mention these.

  • As there are so many opportunities to gain out of the experience depending an everyone indevual interests but for me it's so far a fabulous opportunity ŵith all the support you need from manament , to your coach an even problem that have already completed this pregame I would recommend highly .

  • It's so much to look forward to an tips would be don't stress the help is there just ask as the amazing, coach an staff will be more then happy to help even myself will be happy to help anyone but just push and go for it. For the opportunity to go higher.
