    • Yes, project planning, team skills and fast decision taking.

    • The freedom provided and support given to focus on either the job or Uni is great

    • Very good, the learning period doesn't clash with the busies time of the year which allows focus to be maintained on the relevant job/uni

    • A lot, I get one day off a week as standard however if more is required they will support.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

    • A great deal, the support in lesson is great, there is also a lot of facilities we can use to improve our skills and check our work

    • I get a different perspective which I can apply, I learn what is required to succeed for a business and how I can apply these to my job role

    • Yes, the apprenticeship program offers a social activity for a few days, all founded by the work place

    • There is a future, they are investing in their staff and its a place where majority of workers feel like they can achieve more if they want to
