  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • There were lots of opportunities to apply new skills learnt during the apprenticeship to the workplace; however sometimes the theory did not always feel applicable to the environment.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme was organised well - over a period of 2 years we were clearly given a structure of lectures, topics and assignment deadlines which allowed us to plan our day jobs around the requirements of the programme. Throughout the apprenticeship, the placements were rotational to ensure that different areas of the organisation were being exposed to my development.
