  • Programme is very enjoyable. Banking is completely new to myself and I am learning a lot. BPP coaches/tutors are extremely supportive

  • BPP is very well organised and structured. Meeting invites sent out in plenty time, was provided with a full programme overview

  • Employer is extremely supportive. Study days given to complete assignments and CFA learning. Placement line managers very keen to support development

  • Lots of support provided. Regular webinars, quick responses to emails. Regular meetings with BPP coach

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Somewhat helps. CFA exam not necessarily relevant to role however good qualification to have for future and helps to understand financial services better. For assignments, evidence of tasks to be provided therefore work already done prior to completing assignments however assignments help me to see my development and tasks I have completed

  • I am part of a group that looks to support other colleagues in their career development. Put on regular events such as how to build a good PDP, how to use a mentor etc.
