  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I really enjoy the autonomy I am given, but then sometimes it would be nice to have more structure. I enjoy the opportunity I am given to learn lots of varied work

    8/10

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • In terms of CIPD etc very organised and structured. As for my day-to-day role, not so much, as described above

    6/10

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Lots of support. Line manager is helpful as are the rest of the BP team

    10/10

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Not really required much so can't give much feedback

    5/10

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It certainly helps to have some basic understanding. But EL & HR is quite complex and the course doesn't really help with this. I suppose it's good in setting the framework for what behaviours a consultant should learn

    8/10

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • None

    5/10

  • 9a. Would you recommend NatWest to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • I've worked for the group for 4 years and have never had any issues. Lots of different areas of the bank you can work in so good chances to develop

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to NatWest?
  • Try to pin down more support at the beginning, in terms of asking for structure. For example, what is expected from me day-to-day
