1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Create apps which will be useful for other departments. Learning how to use different software and inputting data via backend development and front end requires me to design how the app looks

Learnt how to code in SQL and use QlikView and QlikSense. Currently learning how to code in Python, Java, Javascript and C#.

I enjoy the program a lot.

Very clear on the structure and has been sticking with the schedule so far.

I receive a lot of support whether it comes to learning code or if there are circumstances my employer understands and is very reasonable

QA has given me a lot of support with 1 to 1s, live sessions, and learning portals.

It gives me more confidence to code as I am very new to tech and coding.

My experience has been great, transitioning from working into the hospital to working in an office has been smooth since NatWest is understanding of backgrounds. They also offer a lot of support.
