  • Working in a divisional data office, collecting and collating data and transforming it to create meaningful metrics that reflect the progress and successes the data office is making

  • I have developed my confidence is reviewing data for sure and what has been great is getting used to all of the data world terminology and what this actually means - e.g. Data literacy, data culture, data management, data quality

  • Really great, eye opening and informative programme. I feel more skilled than what I started and I'm using what I have learned so it's not just a tick box exercise, it's real life learning and applying

  • Very well structure and easy to communicate with Kaplan coordinators

  • My employer is great, fully supportive of the apprenticeship and allows me time to complete my apprenticeship tasks

  • It's been really great, we have check ins and can ask questions at anytime

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It is the perfect apprenticeship for my current role. There is so much to learn in data and the apprenticeship has given me the opportunity to bring my learning to life immediately.

  • Yes, plenty and regularly which is so important for developing relationships and communicating effectively.

  • Do it, it's a great place to be right now, lots of energy, diversity, new initiatives to get involved with. You can really grow your career in a place like LBG.
