During my role, I am constantly ensuring we have a smooth running shop floor and all my staff know what they are doing and when. I ensure everything is up to date and all stock is out at all times and give out the best possible customer service.
I have gained much more confidence within myself in how to approach my team and gain the respect from them. Due to me being quite young, I struggled with this, but now after my apprenticeship I am much more confident!
I highly enjoy this programme and it really benefits me within my job role as a team leader. I love learning new things about my role and growing more confident.
I feel it is very structured and easily accessible! I love how much help I get from my coach and how she is always there when I am struggling. I feel the virtual classrooms are very helpful!
I get so much support from my employer which makes me feel at ease within doing this course and it also allows me to feel less stressed when I am unsure on any topics of learning.
So much help! I couldn’t do this programme without her. They have really helped me through get to where I need to be!
