  • The programme has been thoroughly enjoyable. My employer respects the commitments I have to the programme. They are flexible with any deadlines we might have and offer plenty of support when required. The programme itself has a good pace for a working professional, is demanding, but definitely doable. Overall happy with the experience.

  • 9a. Would you recommend Compass Group UK & Ireland to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • It is a demanding job but the people are great and are very smart. I learn something new every day, and even though I am a junior, there is a lot of good work that trickles down. Client exposure is always nice to build your career and understand the demands of the economic environment.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Compass Group UK & Ireland?
  • Have a real interest in economics as this is what you will be doing on a regular basis. Enjoy working with numbers and coding and most importantly, be keen on competition matters. If you are applying, research the company and what we do well, there are not a lot of companies that provide similar services therefore generalised consulting work is not necessarily applicable.
