  • 9a. Would you recommend Amazon to a friend?
  • No

  • 9b. Why?
  • Poor pay, managers are too young and inexperienced. Unless managers and team leaders are required to have an ILM level 3 qualification as a minimum for entry, this will not improve, managers move departments every 6 months which makes it impossible to build good relationships.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Amazon?
  • Do not apply.
