  • Involving myself within the PMO at Sudbury and bringing new business into the Sites.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have personally got a lot of transferrable skills within this role, however the quality aspect of the business and industry as a whole is something I've definitely got a firm grasp of.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I like the control that I have over my workload, as it is more of an independent learning styled course and the team I work with are aware of this, it allows me to freedom to gain more information than is required.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The College programme is very well structured, and it has a good systematic approach to hit the targets that are set, and work wise the apprenticeship is incorporated into my normal working week.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • The qualification gives me a varied overview of what to achieve within the projects world, and as my job is in projects, I think it has helped me perform a thousand times better.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Yes, I personally have attended christmas social events with the company, meals out as well as assisting the local schools with Science Fairs and presenting to other apprentices within the company.

  • 9a. Would you recommend Siemens to a friend?
  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • I used to work within Siemens as a Temporary worker during Covid, and throughout that timeframe they were keen for me to do an apprenticeship for project management, this opporutunity was one that was highlighted to me through multiple means and recommended for me. I couldn't say no!


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Siemens?
  • Be yourself, don't hide anything and just be confident in what you're going to do.
