  • Obtaining recoveries from claims that have been paid out. Additionally, I run exception reports to make sure tasks are not being missed.

  • There are lots of areas in the programme that do not appear to be necessary. This can lead to a waste of time and can affect my actual work.

  • It appears to be a one-method-suits-all in this programme.

  • Excellent support. They are constantly happy to help whenever they can.

  • Hardly any. We receive monthly calls as check ups, but they are not worthwhile as it seems the training provider does not care.
