  • I am an Integration EA, supporting for two directors who are leading the onboarding of a new business. On a daily business, this involves stakeholder management, complex calendar management and working with a network of assistants to plot meetings for key stakeholders across both businesses.

  • I have developed existing skills within the HR discipline including across employee experience, employee relations, equity diversity and inclusion, learning and development, organisation development and design, people analytics, resourcing, reward and benefits, talent management and finally, wellbeing.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy the content of the self learning. It is a great opportunity to break from the day to day and become absorbed in something entirely different. The content is well structured and easily accessible. The recommended additional reading is insightful and thought provoking.
