  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Not much - lots of the programme feels like it is unnecessary e.g. writing up hours of learning when it could easily be tested in other ways such as exams, conversations etc.

    5/10

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Not well - was very confusing at the start as it was not clear what the structure was, haven't been able to stick to the timeline that was set out due to the poor explanation of the programme.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Employer is very supportive - immediate team has been very helpful in my progression however the apprenticeship team fails to support the wider apprenticeship community - feels as though the London apprentices are catered to and supported more than the rest.

    7/10

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • They have good guides on their page and the mentors are helpful when it comes to guiding - however they are not very quick with responses and often slow progression

    7/10

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Have more knowledge on insurance as a whole because of it - does not really help much in my role as the learning we do is quite general and doesn't apply to specific insurance products.

    9/10
