I provide data to our leadership team and lead calls to boost performance and meet our KPIs.

I've increased my skill set when using excel and I've learned how to create dashboards.

I find the program really rewarding and I've noticed great progression in myself.

A lot of support - whenever I need shadowing experiences, I can ask for these and they will give them to me.

My LDC is really great and provides support when needed

It helps me from a day to day perspective as I can more confidently produce reporting from existing data I have access to in order to drive performance.

I often go to CPD sessions to increase stakeholder relationships.
