  • Daily I work within teams reporting and producing documents on other company's

  • I have learnt many new skills eg using excel and other software I have never used before along with developing skills such as communication and team work.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy my programme as it has allowed me to meet lots of new people not only my age but across a wide range of ages along with learning on the job opening my eyes to the working world

  • My programme is structured well as it is a mix of college and on the job training giving us at least a month of study time between exams along with placing them in wide enough gaps for it to not overload us

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive lots of support from having a PM and PL there are so many different people I can go to from support at all levels

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • We receive good support whilst in college hours and without the tutors are there at pretty much all hours to respond to any question and help us pass our exams

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I'd say it is beneficial as terms you come across in the qualification pop up multiple times a day, therefore the qualification is beneficial in allowing us to excel in the job.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Yes there are so many opportunities almost weekly, there are various teams/commitees to join and plenty of out of work socials to attend and network. They run fantasy leagues and football matches along with charity events.

  • Yes

  • I feel the company provides and does everything they can to make sure their employees have the correct training to excel in their day jobs and provides all the opportunities to network and expand.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to KPMG?
  • To put in the work as it is rewarding when you achieve the outcomes, also to push yourself out of your comfort zone as it is beneficial
