  • I have developed my communication skills, and working as a team to ensure customer satisfaction is gained. learning new things everyday, improving my knowledge which entails helping customers in a more efficient way.

  • Lloyds provides a lot of opportunity's and ways to progress for a career if you really want it. I would recommend as the teams all work well together and strive to make the best of everyday.

  • you need to be flexible and level-headed, adaptable to change and do not take things to heart. everyday is a new day so take it as it comes.
