  • I am based at college at the moment, learning all basic engineering techniques so that I am prepared to begin working at the Dockyard.

  • It honestly could be better organised as we tend to be given information very late in advance.

  • We are entirely based at a college at the moment so we haven’t had much influence from our employers.

  • We are given all the support possible.

  • I believe some things are not needed. However it does give us a good overview of what is expected of us.

  • Not that I know of. Other than a trip to a lodge at the end of the year.

  • Because it is a good way to learn more and also develop key skills
