  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Well my first few months, it couldnt of been anymore unorganised. Since simone came along, its been fantastic. Really well structured and organised. With great encouragement and regular team meetings. As far as the maths and English the tutors have not been consistent at all which has caused me frustration.

  • The support from my employer varies depending on the work load we have. It can be a struggle to have meetings with my employer with the demand for care. But if I really have a issue and took it to the management, I am assured this would be sorted instantly.
