Weekly invoicing for retailer operating agreements.Capital v revenue expenditure analysis.Setting up fixed asset expenditure projects in SAP.Monthly payroll reconciliation.Supporting the preparation of the statutory accounts

Yes I have learnt new software skills like SAP

I love the programme it is focussed on my development and this makes me feel really valued and cared for

It is well structured as i get exposure to lots of different areas

Lots of support from all managers and monthly catch ups.

it allows me to learn and consolidate my understanding of tasks so i can apply them in many contexts

I have joined a few extra curricular clubs like a diversity programme

Yes

This is the first employer I have felt genuinely cared for and they are really focussed on their people. I really recommend this place. I have worked in many places and this has been the best employer so far.

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Marston's?

I recommend being passionate about why you want the role and being prepared for a competency based interview. Be confident in your interview and be yourself.
