  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Support I receive from work. It’s limited to day-to-day experiences which they would teach me any new skills. I need to be aware of to further my progression in my career and in my studying. If there’s anything I’m not sure I’m more than happy to train me or get assistance I need to progress even further

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I get full support from my trainer who is absolutely fantastic at what she does. She’s helped me every step of the way and I would’ve never completed my NVQ without her or I would’ve not progressed onto my level three without the assistance of my tutor.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • My qualification has taught me very much and how I can improve and a day-to-day job in care how making someone’s well-being better involved in the morning community, health and safety risk assessments. Safeguarding how to be aware of things that happen around you like abuse how to report his problems, all these adding to make me a better carer and the training is helping me do that
