Recruitment of Carers and nurses to supply to nursing homes and support homes in the local area. Answering phone computer work and giving great customer service.

Very good systems and tutor is very organised and structured.

Yes I feel this is going to improve my customer service skills to all I interact with on a daily basis.

Unfortunately due to COVID we are unable to do this however we do team building every quarter.
