  • Highly, met a lot of interesting people , felt like the programme gave me an opportunity I would not have got given I joined straight. And taught me things you might not notice or learn if you don't go through the project

  • We had a detailed plan of who we were meeting how the programme went and if we needed to be anywhere at any time we would get given a heads up , well in advance

  • We received quite a lot of support thankfully which helped us , gain confidence to speak out when in need of help
