  • I thoroughly enjoy my program especially the work element.

  • Structured well alongside work however BPP is not organized and has caused many calendar mistakes.

  • I am fully supported by NatWest, my team and my manager. I couldn't ask for more.

  • Help is there when requested however they aren't the best at preempting what people may need.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to NatWest?
  • The application process is long and difficult but preparation is key. Research their values and critical people capabilities and make sure you have examples of how you are aligned. Also smile and relax they are all lovely and want to help you.
