  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have developed my problem management skills. Part of my responsibilities is to deal with customer disputes. This involves determining the best course of action when a customer refuses to pay their invoice. I must problem-solve and determine a course of action that best fits the situation while also keeping the customer happy. This includes following protocol but making decisions based on the situation. I have also developed by team working and communication skills. I am required to collaborate and work as a team on a daily basis. As an apprentice, I am aligned with a SOM team. I am expected to work with this team and manage the workload. This is only possible through good communication.
