  • My day to day job involves the everyday running of the store, setting up the delivery drivers, taking customers calls and stock handling

  • It has helped to develop skills I already had whilst also helping me to gain a knowledge in new skills

  • At times find a balance between working and writing assignments can be tricky but the the programme itself is not too difficult

  • In some cases the way the system works can come across as very overwhelming when you see there are overdue tasks, but it is well structured in terms of information

  • I receive a fair amount of support, but it does come with its difficulties on occasion, with covering holidays and sicknesses it doesn’t always give for much time to fully complete assignments

  • There is support when needed

  • I believe that with the knowledge gained it has helped me develop my skills to perform better in my role and helped more with my decision making and social/team skills

  • Occasionally there are social events that all team members are involved in

  • Yes

  • It is a fast place to work so it keeps you busy, the team all work hard together and will always help each other out

  • Willingness to work as part of a team to achieve goals and targets is very useful
