  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have developed my presentation skills and communication skills. By presenting often to my manager, I can not only practise my presentation making but also presenting. I have found that I improve every time I do another presentation and I gain more confidence in myself. It is a skill I wish to continue practising and improving.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Pretty well structured and organised. I have my study days planned out every week and I have my training courses sent out to me months in advance with pre-reading and presentations to go through prior to our training course. Also I find that if i'm struggling with something or something is not clear, I know who to ask/talk to.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There are sports teams to get involved with - for example there is charity football matches to sign up for. There is also volunteering to sign up for where you can help out at apprenticeship evenings. We also have a scheme where you can volunteer to be a mentor for a young child in secondary school, and give them weekly sessions to support their learning.
