  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • In my apprenticeship I have worked between two roles. One is Sales Order Management and the other is Purchase Order Management. In Sales Order Management, I was primarily responsible for creating outstanding order reports for the sales specialist and raising account specific orders. In Purchase Order Management I work in Client and I am responsible for completing a buyers bible report, managing POs and raising DD orders for Client.

  • From my apprenticeship I have developed multiple new skills since joining. This consists of networking, presenting, time management and paying attention to detail. Since coming to Computacenter, I feel like I have developed a bunch of new skills but the ones in particular have come from teaching from colleagues and just from doing my day to day job.

  • Whenever I have my monthly reviews with my training provider, I am always made aware of the support I can get when I need help.
