  • My role means that I am involved in the day to day running of the store which could be issuing tills, being in charge of staff and the store, stock, cashing up and any customer queries

  • Yep I have learnt what it takes to run a store successfully and how to deal with customer enquiries/complaints in the correct way I have also learned how to work well under pressure

  • I enjoy it a lot it’s helping me move forward in my job and teaching me new skills

  • It is very well organised my coach is just at the other end of the phone for if I have any questions

  • I receive a lot of support for my manager he wants me to succeed in the apprenticeship

  • I receive I lot of support she is always at the end of the phone for if I need her and I will get a reply from her very quickly

  • I think it helps a lot as it teaches you thinks you probably didn’t think you needed for your role

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • No there isn’t any all though the team does try to get out every now and again to socialise outside of work

  • Yes

  • It’s a great place to work they give you the support and opportunity to move up in your career

  • Just be yourself and also be prepared to work in a fast pace environment
