Completing day to day EHS tasks, assisting with construction phase plans, construction kick off & assisting colleagues with empowering EHS culture.

I've developed a lot of communication skills & confidence. I feel much more comfortable now going to talk to a new person or colleague, than I would have prior to my apprenticeship.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am thoroughly enjoying my programme. I feel it covers a good range of topics helping me learn the most about the job role!

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

All of the people I have worked with/for so far have been extremely professional and very easy to get along with. This is a major stepping stone into organising and structuring a good programme!

All the members of my EHS team are very contactable & make it clear they are here to help whenever I need it

I feel I get a sufficient amount of support, with monthly visits and frequent communications

I feel I can apply my knowledge and actions in my role into completing tasks necessary to completing my qualification

8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

I've attended multiple events like this. Social events for apprentices/interns along with weekly football sessions with a range of colleagues!
