    7/10

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Great exposure to clients and senior people. Often have to look for opportunities yourself.

    8/10

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • The work side of the programme is challenging but fun. However, personally I would appreciate more 'uni like' university as everything is pre recorded and seminars aren't extremely useful.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme is well structured although sometimes it takes a while to get fully started.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Help is everywhere and most importantly, everyone is keen to help, but you do need to reach out to people!

    9/10

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Support can be provided upon request. I do feel as though the university often expects us to already have a lot of prior knowledge (which isn't always the case).

    4/10

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • To be honest, my role is not related to the degree I am doing, but gaining wider knowledge is always useful regardless.

    3/10

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There are many communities and socials that everyone can get involved in. There are even opportunities for individuals to start their own communities!

    9/10

  • 9b. Why?
  • It is a company with great heritige that allows many Early Professionals gain unforgetable experience.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to IBM?
