  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • My experience between my employer and apprenticeship provider hasn't been very good and very confusing, in the areas of study time for exams and being able to attend workshops and any mandatory call, I lose out on my 6 hours when I have a call which is not fair.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Poorly organised from what role we will be going into, its not very clear. any calls and workshops feel like they are frowned upon by both leaders i have had as they take time away from my 6 hours i am given each week, leaving less time to revise and i have to cram revision in, or do it out of work hours.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • We received some support around exams etc and what they can do for us in terms of choosing any date we feel is best. However, revision is very poor in support from our employer as there has been time where I need a little more than my minimum 6 hours I am denied, or as I mentioned around calls taking time away, this is not looked upon as a change or considered

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It gives me a lot of information upon what i can move around to in terms of roles in insurance, and also gives me a lot of information for my new role in claims and my claim test.

    7/10

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Not any that have been presented to me.

  • 9a. Would you recommend RSA Insurance Ltd to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • As an employer not an apprentice in the insurance industry, i have friends who are apprentices in the finance side of this same company RSA Liverpool who really enjoy it and have a lot of support and activities they are invited to.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to RSA Insurance Ltd?
  • Be prepared within any in person activates to do with your interview - however I am not sure if this was for apprentices only.
