  • Day to day basis on role is being always ready for customer if needed help,, date alerter on chill or bread,scanning gaps to check any available stock in warehouse. Being responsible for team work and closely supporting the team, daily tasks including managing and delivering the most impact of our service is the customer satisfaction.

  • Yes, I learned a lot new skills,how to manage the delivery, how to change layers, how to change shifts.

  • I enjoy the programme a lot because for me I have been progressing a lot about the work and more knowledge about retail and being able to take more responsibilities.

  • They are very well organised,we discussed with the team daily tasks to ensure that everyone understands or nedded help with the work of the memberof staff, safety and closely supporting them.

  • A lot of the support expecially from our store manager.

  • I received a full support from a training coach while working towards my qualifications.

  • I improved a lot through my training provider and I perform much more better in the retail industry.
